cera-jeanne's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- One Year Old In a blink of an eye, the first year of Claire's life has passed. She turned 1 on October 14. I can hardly believe it.
She has changed so much from the little wide-eyed bundle I brought home from the hospital. She waves bye-bye, blows kisses, sings & dances, does the actions for twinkle-twinkle, she climbs up the stairs, she walks on her own, she says yes and go and ball. She gives hugs, complete with patting on the back and kisses and snuggles. She eats with a spoon and points to what she wants and even pretends with her baby doll. She feeds it a bottle and swaddles it in blankets and cuddles it and rocks it.
She turns the tv on by herself and changes channels and fools around with the volume. She opens cupboards and empties out my purse. She opens my wallet and takes out my cards and even chews gum if given the chance (it happened once...)... :)
She's my snuggle bear, my little dancer, my little sweetpea.
She's my precious gift and I can't even remember my life without her. xo On another note, I am back to work two days a week (ugh) and also busy with our business. The gym is a second home to Claire and she loves it there. Our business has flourished in ways J & I could not have hoped or imagined. We have already made enough to cover our monthly expenses PLUS made a profit - and we are only three weeks in. So happy. And, being a trainer is so right up my alley. I am loving every minute of it. So that's the condensed version of life here with us. Things are good.
