cera-jeanne's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Christmas (as always) was spectacular. A little different this year than usual but fun none-the-less. I made dinner for my parents and aunt and cousin (and J of course!) on Christmas Eve and it turned out to be a smashing success. :) Christmas Eve after everyone left J and I gave eachother our presents but saved the best two (each) for the morning. On Christmas morning we got up and went downstairs to open our two final gifts. Mine from J were a tripod for my camera - which I have desperately wanted - and a pair of beautiful, sparkly, diamond earrings! Sooooo pretty! I have never had such beautiful earrings - and am so thankful for the screw on backing that hopefully will prevent me from losing them! Then we had brunch at my brother's new gorgeous house that they have moved into finally and opened more presents. Then Christmas night we had turkey dinner with all my relatives (except my sister & her hubby & her kids, who didn't show up til Thursday.) Anyways, to make a long story short, we had our REAL Christmas on the 27th once my sis and her family got here. It was a strange drawn out Christmas week but so fun. Last night we had another Christmas dinner with the other side of the family and today was my first day with nothing to do in so long. J and I went out for breakfast and tonight he went to work and I spent the night relaxing, working on a puzzle, watching a movie and now I am going to have a bubble bath and read...ahhhh, I love days like this.
